I deeply enjoy the multifaceted/dynamic nature of the industry, both in a business and physical sense. We work with owners, property manager and engineers to repair/restore occupied structure and helping them meet the physical and financial objectives. In the process of solving problems and restoring safe useful function and appearance of a structures, we help protect the environment from the release of hundreds of thousands of pounds of pollutants required for replacement. A day’s work may involve finding the source of a long term water leak & helping an owner establish and present a three-year repair and maintenance budget in the morning and then shoring and replacing a column in an operating warehouse or parking garage in the afternoon before close of business. I feel fortunate to be working in an industry where we work with some of the finest people in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, Material & Equipment Supply and the technicians that perform the work to provide a variety of valuable services.
